Terms and Conditions

When you book with Jeevanya Packers and Movers, it simply means you agree to a few basic terms. Nothing complicated. Just things that help both sides avoid confusion during shifting.

1. Booking and Price

  • The price we tell you is based on what you show or tell us at the start.
  • If something extra comes up later, the cost will change. That is normal.
  • Sometimes people forget to mention a few items. In that case, we adjust on the moving day.
  • Booking works only if trucks and staff are free on that date.

2. Payment

  • A small advance is taken just to block your date.
  • The rest is usually cleared when loading starts.
  • We share the bill once everything is confirmed.
  • You can pay in any common way like cash, UPI, or bank transfer.

3. Things We Cannot Move

Some items are simply not safe to carry. So Jeevanya Packers and Movers avoid them.

  • Items that can catch fire such as gas cylinders, petrol, or anything inflammable.
  • Food items that may spoil during travel.
  • Your house animals or pets, as we do not have experts to handle them.
  • Also, keep your money, jewellery, and important documents with you.

4. Damage and Safety

  • For long-distance moves, insurance is a smart choice.
  • It helps if something unexpected happens on the way.
  • If there is any damage, just inform us within a day with photos.
  • After that, it becomes hard to process the issue.

5. Delays

  • Not every delay is planned. Traffic, weather, road blocks, etc. can happen.
  • We try to stay on time, but sometimes things go out of hand.
  • In such cases, we keep you informed and updated.

6. Cancellation

  • Plans change, and we understand that.
  • If you inform us early, there is no problem.
  • Last-minute cancellations mostly include some charges.
