Yes! You can reschedule your shifting date free of charge. Please inform our support team at least 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled shifting slot so we can rearrange the transport vehicle and crew accordingly.
Packing & Materials FAQs
We use top-grade packing materials to ensure 100% safety, including double-walled corrugated cartons, thick shock-resistant bubble wrap, robust stretch cling wrap, thermocol sheets, foam corners, and heavy-duty adhesive tapes.
Absolutely! Glassware, electronics, paintings, and other delicate goods are wrapped using multi-layered bubble packaging and packed into dedicated, labeled boxes. However, we advise clients to pack personal valuables (jewelry, vital documents, keys) in their personal luggage.
Yes! We provide unpacking and basic assembly support at your new home. Our team will carefully unload all cartons, unwrap large furniture items, and place them in their respective rooms as directed.
